CESO in 1982-83

As the organization begins to make changes to streamline operations and embrace modern technology, CESO’s headquarters relocates from Montreal to Toronto to be closer to the Canadian business hub.

Externally CESO turns its attention towards creating business partnerships between Canadian and overseas companies through the Trade Development Program, with assessments in five countries: Burundi, Costa Rica, Malaysia, the Philippines and Somalia.
