Selection Process

Resume Screening and Orientation

Your resume will be screened to ensure that you meet the requirements to become a CESO Volunteer Adviser (VA). If you do, you will be requested to attend an information session, which is mandatory, before continuing to the next step.

Registration and Interview

Once you have attended an orientation and you wish to continue, you will be required to fill out a Volunteer Adviser Registration Form (VARF) and submit it to CESO.

Upon receipt of your VARF, CESO will invite you to an interview and references will be checked at that time.

Once all the steps are successful, you will be invited to become a VA and your details will be added to our Roster.

Please note that the selection process may take up to 3 months to complete, so please plan accordingly.
