In partnership with the Government of Nunavut, CESO began the Nunavut Program in 2001. The program has three objectives: to support the development of a highly skilled public service in Nunavut, to support the increase in Inuit participation in government employment, and to assist the people of Nunavut to improve their social and economic environment.
CESO works with individuals, organizations and governments in Nunavut to carry out many types of assignments: individual and team mentorships; specialized assistance (i.e., strategic planning); workshops; and other training and development initiatives.
An active team of over 15 volunteers are currently serving in communities across Nunavut.
